GenericTerms & Conditions Vodafone RED

Guarantees:

• The highest amount of guarantee is for permanent Roaming. For temporary Roaming lower guarantees apply.
• Unlimited Internet at a reduced speed is not available while roaming. After the depletion of your tariff plan internet allowance, you will be charged with standard internet prices as in Albania.
• All above prices include V.A.T.
• Minimum charge duration is 30 seconds. After the initial 30 seconds, tariffs are applied on a per second basis.
• International Minutes included in your Tariff plan and Optional International Bundles of minutes can only be used for calls toward 41 countries: Italy, Greece, FYROM, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Germany, UK, US, Turkey, Canada, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Sweden, Poland, Norway, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Australia, Ireland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Russian Federation, China, Ukraine, Finland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Malta, Israel and South Africa.
  A customer can choose/use a maximum of 1 Optional International Bundle of minutes per month. The National minutes, SMS, Data Internet and Optional Bundle of International minutes, cannot be transferred to the next month.
• All the fixed monthly fees will be paid at the end of the month. - In case when the activation of Mobile Number/Optional National/International Bundle of Minutes, National SMS or MB chosen is required, the fixed monthly fees for the first month of activation and the respective National Minutes, SMS, Data Internet and optional National/International Minutes, National SMS or MB will be calculated proportionally with the remaining days of the month. - In case when the deactivation of the Mobile Number/Optional National/International Bundle of Minutes, National SMS or MB chosen is required, the fixed monthly fees and the respective National Minutes, SMS, Data Internet and optional National/International Minutes, National SMS or MB will be calculated proportionally with the passed days of the month.
• After the depletion of the National Minutes, SMS, Data Internet bundle and Optional Bundle of National/International minutes, national SMS or MB, customers will be charged with the normal tariffs as described on the above price list.
• SOS Credit (15122) maximum call duration is 5 minutes. After the fifth minute the call is dropped.
• Info145: Credit balance for new subscribers will be available 24 hours after the first successful outgoing call. In order to receive the credit balance in Albanian, the message sent to 145 must contain the letter "A", otherwise the subscriber will not receive any credit balance information. In order to receive the credit balance in English, the message sent to 145 must contain the letter "E", otherwise the subscriber will not receive any credit balance information.
• Voice SMS charge is applied for 1 message regardless the length. The maximum length of 1 message is 30 seconds
• Video call tariffs are the same as voice calls tariff of this tariff plan. Video Call can be performed towards these countries: Italy, Greece, FYROM, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Germany, United Kingdom and in USA. In roaming Video Call can be used only in those countries with who we have roaming agreement in place for this service and will be charged with standard roaming tariffs.
• ***RED Roaming is activated when you choose one of the Vodafone RED tariff plans. Daily Access Fee will be applied in each calendar day that customer will perform traffic.
• MMS are not part of Roaming offers. They are charged according to standard roaming tariffs.
• Optional bundles are not part of RED Roaming offer.
