E-Top Up stands for electronic recharges performed on website, via My Vodafone App or in all Vodafone Shops toward other prepaid Vodafone numbers. The minimal amount of E-Top Up is 100 ALL and depending on the amount of recharge you can profit from specific bonuses. 

If you have a scratch card you may dial 141  and follow the instructions to perform the recharge of you number or dial 142 and follow the instructions to perform the recharge of another number.

If the number is registered under you name, visit a Vodafone Shop with an identification document. Otherwise, ask the person who has registered the number to make the request in our shops.

The analytical statement doesn't provide information on:

1- Incmoming Activity (calls, SMS, MMS ), it provides info only for the outgoing activity (calls, SMS, MMS );
2- the contect of the communication ( SMS, biseda );
3- the identity of the number you have called, texted;

The analytical statement can only be provided for the last two years.
