Why am I not able to buy a 30 days bundle?
If you fail to buy a 30 days bundle:
- You have already reached the limit of 3 bundles within 30 days.
- You have a weekly bundle activated. All the units of the current bundle must be depleted in order to purchase a new 30 days bundle.
- Make sure your internet session is closed. To switch internet off go to the menu of your device and select Data Off.
