Details:

  • The minutes of the bundles are valid towards every national operator: Vodafone, Telekom Albania and Albtelecom. 
  • National minutes are valid for 7 days. 
  • To check the balance of points for Vodafone One, call 130 or send an SMS with the text Balance to 130. You will also be notified for expiring points. 
  • You can check the balance of the bundle gotten from Vodafone One by sending an empty SMS towards 131. The balance for the bonus will not show in "My Account" in My Vodafone app. 
  • If you have another purchased bundle in your account, the purchased bundle will be consumed before the bonus bundle from Vodafone One. 
  • Offering a gift depends on its availability. Vodafone reserves the right to change a gift with another one of the same or ghigher value. 
  • At the moment when you have chosen one of the Vodafone One gifts, the corresponding points cannot be returned.
