- If you are in roaming and want to call an Albanian number please make sure to add 00355 before the dialed number. For other countries prefixes please click here
- Listen carefully to the prompts. If the call is dropped immediately, the issue is related to the specific number called, maybe it has by mistake activated “auto reject call” option
- Please check if Fixed Dialing is active in your mobile settings
