You cannot use the internet at any location?
Check 3G/4G signal with active network barrings if there is no internet connection make sure:
- Device is properly configured for using internet service
- Ensure "Flight mode” to be inactive and “Mobile Data” to be active
- Access Point names under mobile networks should be vodafoneweb
Is the internet speed connection very slow?
