New Tourist Number (Prepaid)
1- Once you purchase a new prepaid number, you must first register it with a Passport or Identity Card ID.
2- If you are under the age of 18, you can register your Vodafone number accompanied by one of your parents or a legal guardian in our Vodafone stores or other authorized shops eligible for registration. You must provide the following documents: - Passport (Ordinary, Service or Diplomatic) of the user or,
3- Foreign nationals can register the Vodafone number with their passport by providing their current address in Albania.
4- The registration of the number ends within half an hour from the submission of the application. The number opens temporarily and only after verifying all the original documents is done the final registration which can take up to 45 days. You are notified by an SMS confirming the number registration.

My Vodafone
1. DefinitionsThe following words shall have the following meaning:
“We” means Vodafone Albania Sh.A. (herein after referred to as Vodafone); "You" means the person using My Vodafone Service and that is a customer (with postpayment or prepayment) of Vodafone Albania Sh.A., that has executed the Membership Agreement or the Registration Form with Vodafone Albania Sh.A. Network; “My Vodafone” Service means the service enabling the Vodafone customers to download online the details of their account and bill, use of their packages (phone calls, sms, internet), and consists in the download of the application in your mobile phone without additional charge. “Application” means the Application of My Vodafone Service downloaded from the website of Vodafone to your mobile phone.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
This General Terms and Conditions for the use of My Vodafone Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Vodafone (jointly referred to as “Parties” and individually as the “Party”).
BY CLICKING ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ACT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS CONTAINED OR REFERED TO IN THIS AGREEMENT. IN CASE YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ACT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITOINS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE BUTTON “DO NOT ACCEPT” BELOW. In case you do not agree to act in compliance with the terms and conditions herewith, there shall not be constituted any Agreement between you and Vodafone and Vodafone shall not be liable to offer you My Vodafone Service and the Application. Vodafone is entitled to amend this Agreement, upon reasonable notice including publication of a new version in the Service pages. Further you agree that your continuous usage of Service constitutes the acceptance of the conditions herewith, with the relevant amendments.
Upon acceptance of this agreement, you shall be entitled to download and use the Application of My Vodafone Service. The download and usage of My Vodafone Service Application shall be free of charge, except the fee of navigation in the Vodafone website for downloading the application.
3. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use My Vodafone Service Application. We do not accept any responsibility or liability nor grant any licence to use My Vodafone Service Application with a non-Vodafone network or SIM card. You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Application or My Vodafone Service or any part thereof. You are not allowed to transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise distribute or enable any third party to use the Application or My Vodafone Service or any part thereof. You agree not use the Application and My Vodafone Service in violation with the applicable legislations or rules.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You shall not benefit any Intellectual Property right or other related rights, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights in relation with the content of Application and My Vodafone Service. Our offering of Application and My Vodafone Service does not intend the transfer of Intellectual Property rights owned by us or licensed providers on the Application and My Vodafone Service, but solely the licence to use the Application and My Vodafone Service. The use of Application and My Vodafone Service is protected by the applicable law in the field of Intellectual Property and by relevant International Deeds. You are not allowed to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or duplicate in any way, in whole or in part, the software or other materials granted to you in relation to the Application and My Vodafone Service.
5. Your responsibility for your Conduct. You alone are responsible for your conduct for all the Content you download.
6. Your Responsibility for your Safety. If you are 18 years or older, you shall be held the only person responsible for your liabilities arising out of the usage of Application and My Vodafone Service provided to you by Vodafone.
If you are under 18 years old, both you and your parents or your legal guardian shall be held responsible for your liabilities arising out of the usage of Application and My Vodafone Service.
7. Guideline for the Use of Application and My Vodafone Service
By using the Application and My Vodafone Services, you undertake the following:
• Non commercial use of the Application and My Vodafone Service. The Service is only for personal use of Vodafone clients and may not be used for commercial activity, unless explicitly approved by Vodafone in writing.
• No Unauthorised Linking. Should you wish to link to the Vodafone network, you agree that you: (i) will not replicate the Application and My Vodafone Service (ii) will not undertake any action related to or causing emplacement of disparaging content or misinformation about Vodafone on the website.
We ask you to provide some information when you register for Protect (phone number, email address and PIN), and we collect some information about your phone and your use of Protect that is necessary for its operation (for example, language, device and usage statistics). We use this information to operate the service, to troubleshoot it if you have a problem, and to optimise and improve its performance. We securely store the information on our own servers in.
We may send you system emails, like registration confirmation, password reminders or other updates about the service. We will only use your information for marketing purposes if you have allowed us to. By using these service and consenting to its terms and conditions you consent for the usage and processing of your personal information by Vodafone, as aforementioned.For other information about how Vodafone uses personal information, consult your subscription contract and see the Vodafone Albania privacy policy at www.vodafone.al .
8. Customer Care Service
In case you will need assistance with regard to the Application and My Vodafone Service, you may contact Customer Care Service at the number 140 (for prepay customers) and 149 (for postpay customers), if you are using the Vodafone network, you may visit our website vodafone.al or you may visit the Vodafone page in Facebook.
9. Exclusion of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Application and My Vodafone Service is furnished to you "as it is” without any warranty or other terms attached to the Application and My Vodafone Service by the licensed providers of the Application and Mobile Care Service. To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensed providers of the Application and My Vodafone Service disclaim and exclude all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms of any kind, expressed or implied arising by law, convention or otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
We or our licensed providers of the Application and My Vodafone Service shall not be liable against you for any compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of the loss of present or prospective profits, loss of revenue, turnover of sales; loss of good will; loss or damage to reputation; loss of contracts or customers; loss of anticipated savings; loss of or damages to data or programs or any other reasons whatsoever or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether arising in tort (including negligence) or contract and even if we or our licensed providers of Application and My Vodafone Service have been informed of the possibility of such losses or damages.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions for the use of Application and My Vodafone Service shall be governed by the laws of Albania. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Albanian courts.
12. Miscellaneous
You agree that the Application and My Vodafone Service may not be used due to non appliance to your mobile phone. In order to use the Application and My Vodafone Service you shall first configure your mobile phone in order to allow the navigation in internet.
All Vodafone Clients that access the website from their mobile phones have agreed to use the Application and My Vodafone Service, through their access to the Internet (by the WEB). Contact Customer Service Care of Vodafone Albania in order to obtain information regarding mobile phones through which can be accessed the Application and My Vodafone Service.
Vodafone E-Bill
• This service provides maximum security since every time you ask to log in/check your electronic bill, you will receive a new PIN number by SMS.
• The bill shall appear on the system every 4th of the following month, so the November bill can be viewed on December 4th.
• You can see all of your electronic bills for up to 6 months.
• The electronic bill can be downloaded in pdf and Excel format.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-BILL SERVICE PROVISION
I. General
1. Vodafone Albania Sh.A., registered as a legal entity by Decision no. 25766, dated 10.05.2001, of the District Court of Tirana and Nipt: K11715005L (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”), offers to the Subscriber the service of electronic bill (hereinafter called “E-Bill Service”).
2. The E-Bill service will be available to all existing and new Vodafone subscribers who have signed or will sign these General Terms and Conditions for Service Provision (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) and the Subscription Contract with Vodafone.
3. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall be considered all Vodafone mobile telephony bills, the data and information contained therein which are prepared by Vodafone and are not for public use, as well as any data or information provided by the subscriber to Vodafone for the purpose of implementing this Agreement.
4. The General Terms and Conditions for Mobile Phone Service Provision shall also apply to this Agreement as long as they do not contradict it.
II. Description
1. E-Bill is the service provided to the Subscriber by Vodafone, enabling detailed control of his monthly bill in electronic way. This Service can be accessed through the “https://ebill.vodafone.al” website. By signing the Agreement, the subscriber agrees to receive in the envelope (by mail) only the monthly tax bill, while the detailed bill for these services based on the applicable legal framework will be provided through the E-Bill service.
2. E-Bill shall contain the billed period, the monthly fixed payment for the service, the date, the time, the duration of the calls and the relevant payment for each communication.
III. Vodafone Albania’s obligations
1. Vodafone guarantees the provision of the E-Bill service under the terms of this Agreement and those made known to the subscriber through the official website https://ebill.vodafone.al. The Subscriber will be able to view through E-Bill the bills of the last 6 months. The oldest bill will be automatically deleted when the new one is ready.
2. Vodafone shall provide the Subscriber with the necessary assistance to access E-bill.
3. Vodafone shall retain the confidential information in accordance with the Provisions of the Subscription Contract, Law No.9902 dated 19.05.2008 (as amended) and Law No.9887 dated 10.03.2008.
IV. Subscriber’s obligations
1. The Subscriber must stop any unauthorized use of the E-Bill service for the dissemination of confidential information.
2. Vodafone Albania shall not be liable to the Subscriber or to any third party for acts committed by the Subscriber or by any person authorized by the Subscriber with respect to the E-Bill Service that may have caused damage.
3. The Subscriber has the right to open and/or close a special account to access the E-Bill service for any mobile phone number that the Subscriber has entered into under the Subscription Contract. The Subscriber has access to all E-Bill accounts opened by him, as well as allow access to authorized persons to check relevant bills. The Subscriber is fully liable for any open and/or closed account of the E-Bill service for all his mobile numbers.
V. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins its effects at the time the Subscriber signs it and ends in one of the following cases:
a) upon end or termination of the Subscription Contract between Vodafone and the Subscriber,
b) upon the termination of this Agreement by either Party by 30 days written notice to the other party.
VI. Miscellaneous
1. Vodafone shall not be liable to the Subscriber for violating the terms of this Agreement in cases of force majeure under its definition in the Subscription Contract.
2. The Albanian Law applies to this Agreement. All disputes that may arise between the Parties, which cannot be settled by agreement between the Parties, shall be settled in accordance with the legislation in force and before the District Court of Tirana.
3. This Agreement is prepared in 2 (two) identical copies, of 1 (one) copy for each party.
VII. Subscriber
I was fully informed and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Voice Mail
Vodafone's Voicemail services offer you a range of options to ensure that you'll never miss that important call and always get the message. You don't have to take that call, if it's inconvenient or you simply don't feel like talking, Vodafone Voicemail lets you hear the message later. You can record your own personal greeting. Experience shows that callers are more likely to leave you a message after they've heard your voice because they know they've reached the right person. And because changing the greeting is easy you can even let people know why you're not available. The first 10 sec. when you call Voice Mail, are not charged.
To use the Voice Mail Service (menu) press 135 from Vodafone Mobile or 069100135 from a fixed line.
Every user has a default password equal to 4444. Is better for your messages security that following the instructions from the Menu, to change your password code.
Other key features that give you greater control of your calls include:
Easier to use - A simpler menu structure makes it easier to find your way around. The user will be able to:
1) a) Review messages
The system will inform subscriber of the amount of new messages that are not listened. All new messages will be played automatically with an introduction including caller, date and time of deposit of each message. Call 135 by your Vodafone Mobile and you have entered Vodafone Voice Mail Menu (to hear your Voice Mail by a fixed line, call 069 100 111 and follow the instructions to enter mailbox number). After you have heard the message once:
To reply the message press 1 (new messages can be stored for 5 days)
To delete the message press 2
2) Use basic settings (press key "7")
To select the language, press "1" and after the prompt, press "1" for Albanian and "2" for English
To record your one greeting, press key "2"
To record your name, press key "3"
To change the password, press key "4" . You should change your password in order to avoid unauthorised access to your mailbox.

To select additional personal selections (password change, language selection, audio control etc), press key "2"

Prepaid SIM Life-cycle
A new Vodafone number has a lifespan of 15 months from its activation date.
You can calculate the lifetime of your Vodafone number based on your last recharge. Call 141, press 1 and get informed about the credit expiration date at any time. Your number lifetime is calculated to be up to 3 months after this date.
If within 3 months of the credit expiration date you do not recharge your number or receive a transfer, then the number is deactivated and can no longer be used.
You will be notified by SMS 1 week before your number goes to passive status so that you can do one of the actions mentioned above. Meanwhile, as soon as your number goes to passive status, your credit will be confiscated permanently.
You have two options to push the deactivation timing (life-cycle) of your Vodafone number:
1. Receive a transfer (the number goes back to the Active status)
2.Make a recharge (the number goes back to Active status)

Status of the SIM Card
Active status
You can fully utilize all the services/options that Vodafone offers by only making a call to any number or 131, send SMS or navigate in the Internet.
Careful:
The outgoing activity (call, SMS, internet) needs to be performed in Albania.
By calling 141 and choosing option 1, you will be informed about the last recharge date and the expiration date of this credit. The credit expiration date determines the duration of the Active Status, during which you are able to use all the services that belong to your tariff plan.
Each recharge increases your credit validity depending on the validity period that the recharge has and the credit expiration date that is defined in the Vodafone recorded message when calling 141 before recharging.
The validities of the recharges are as per below:
In any case, the longest credit validity period determined by the recharge performed will also be classified as the credit expiry term (the longest term is 12 months), giving you the opportunity to use more the services and offers of Vodafone.
If you do not recharge your Vodafone number until the date mentioned in the registered message, your number will go to the Passive Status. You will be notified by an SMS 7 days prior to the date of transition to the Passive Status in order to recharge your Vodafone account and stay in active status.
Passive status
If you do not recharge within 7 days from the time you are notified by SMS, your number automatically go to the Passive Status.
Passive status corresponds to a 3-month period in which you can recharge, receive calls, SMS, MMS, or credit transfer from another number, but you cannot perform outgoing activity or use other Vodafone services.
If, once your number goes to passive status, if your credit balance is greater than zero, the remaining credit will be confiscated permanently and cannot be used any more. If you make a recharge during passive status or if another number will transfer credit into your number, then your number will go back to the Active Status.
Deactivation of your number from the Vodafone network
If you do not perform any recharge during the Passive Status, then your number will be deactivated from the Vodafone network.
Vodafone will notify you with an SMS 10 days before the deactivation date informing you to make a recharge so that your number will go to the Active Status. If your number is deactivated by the Vodafone network, the Mobile Number Registration Form for your number is considered automatically free. After deactivating your number, Vodafone reserves the right to disconnect your number from the Vodafone network.
For each case, Vodafone will notify you with an SMS about the status you will be transferring, and how you can return to the Active Status, in which you can use all Vodafone Albania’s offers and services.
You can fully utilize all the services/options that Vodafone offers by only making a call to any number or 131, send SMS or navigate in the Internet.
Careful:
The outgoing activity (call, SMS, internet) needs to be performed in Albania.
By calling 141 and choosing option 1, you will be informed about the last recharge date and the expiration date of this credit. The credit expiration date determines the duration of the Active Status, during which you are able to use all the services that belong to your tariff plan.
Each recharge increases your credit validity depending on the validity period that the recharge has and the credit expiration date that is defined in the Vodafone recorded message when calling 141 before recharging.

In any case, the longest credit validity period determined by the recharge performed will also be classified as the credit expiry term (the longest term is 12 months), giving you the opportunity to use more the services and offers of Vodafone.
If you do not recharge your Vodafone number until the date mentioned in the registered message, your number will go to the Passive Status. You will be notified by an SMS 7 days prior to the date of transition to the Passive Status in order to recharge your Vodafone account and stay in active status.
Passive status
If you do not recharge within 7 days from the time you are notified by SMS, your number automatically go to the Passive Status.
Passive status corresponds to a 3-month period in which you can recharge, receive calls, SMS, MMS, or credit transfer from another number, but you cannot perform outgoing activity or use other Vodafone services.
If, once your number goes to passive status, if your credit balance is greater than zero, the remaining credit will be confiscated permanently and cannot be used any more. If you make a recharge during passive status or if another number will transfer credit into your number, then your number will go back to the Active Status.

Postpaid number portability
- When buying a new pay as you go Vodafone Albania number, first you have to register it with an ID or a passport.
- If you are a minor, you can register your Vodafone number appearing accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in our Vodafone stores or other points of sale authorized for registration. You need to be equipped with one of the following documents:Passport, ID Card, Birth certificate with photo ( only for users under 16 years old ), Family Certificate of the user , Court Decision that determines who is the legal guardian of an individual under 18 years.
- Foreign Citizens can register their number with an ID or passport and by confirming their residential address in Albania.
- The number registration ends within 30 minutes from the moment of the request.
The number is temporarily unbarred and only after the original documents are verified the final registration is completed in a period of 45 days.
You will be notified by an SMS for your number registration.

Prepaid number portability
To switch your number on the Vodafone network:
1. The number should be active in the current operator
2. You must have spent over 3 months in the current operator
3. The number must be registered under your name
4- You can not use your credit once you have asked your number portablility.
Cases where an operator may refuse number portability:
• The number specified in the Portability Form does not match the number in the existing network
• The number is not active in the existing network
• The name of the subscriber in the Portability Form does not match the name of the subscriber in the existing network
• Date of birth or the identification document number in the Portability Form does not match the date of birth or the identification document number of the subscriber in the existing network

2.Send an SMS for free towards 144 with the text “ Please call me_(Space)_(the number of the person you want to call you back).

You can send up to 8 requests per month (maximum 4 days).
This service is provided free of charge and is available to all Vodafone customers.

Payments
- The number is unbarred within 24 hours from the confirmation of the payment
- You may pay individually your invoice only after agreeing with the administrator of the group on the way of payments, this in order to avoid double payments.
- If you have signed an agreement of Direct Debit from your Bank Account, you should not pay in Cash in order to avoid double payments.
SIM replacement
- Take steps to lock and block the phone through Vodafone Protect if you have previously downloaded the application.
- Block or activate a call forwarding service to alternative number through a Vodafone Shop, online form or calling free of charge Customer Service 24/7 , 140 ( prepaid) / 149 ( postpaid).
- Replace your SIM at a Vodafone shop. You should have your passport or ID with you. Please note that the replacement can be performed only by the person that has registered the number.
- Your SIM will be active immediately and it costs 400 ALL ( VAT included) .
- Retrieve your phone contacts through Vodafone Contact if you have previously downloaded the application.
Change Ownership/Customer Data
- You and the person who has first registered the number must visit a Vodafone Shop with your identification documents to make the request.
- If the number is registered under you name, visit a Vodafone Shop with an identification document and ask for the change in your personal data.
Postpaid account check (145)
Send via SMS to 145 as a text the character "A", and in few seconds you will receive a message in Albanian which will inform you about your credit balance, excluding VAT, monthly access fee, or other extra services.
Also, if you send via SMS the character "E" to 145 , the content of the informative message that you will receive about your credit balance will be in Albanian.

These terms & conditions constitutes the entire Agreement between You, Vodafone customer and Vodafone Albania Sh.A (Vodafone or We, Us, VFAL interchangeably) regarding the use of our online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Vodafone eShop”). Vodafone eShop offers you the opportunity to use different services; to view, compare, and buy products online over the internet via Vodafone eShop section. Vodafone eShop provides You detailed information through its specific tabs.
This service is only available to you on the following conditions:
a. you must reside in, and provide a delivery address within the Republic of Albania;
b. you must be 18 years of age or older;

6. Vodafone eShop Service
We will provide you access to the features of the Service free of charge but you can incur in data charges and costs in accordance to the prices of your tariff plan in cases you are visiting the web through your mobile phone or using Vodafone Mobile Broadband.
Vodafone eShop Service is property of Vodafone You acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Service will remain the exclusive property of Vodafone and You will not attempt to copy, modify, alter the Service in anyway or sublicense or lease the Vodafone eShop Service.
The Service allows you to:
a. View the available devices which are being sold via Vodafone eShop. You may display the content sorting it by different choices, characteristics, categories or other features.
b. Compare devices among the available items, add and/or remove item up to 4 devices, while an analytical comparison based on key features table will be displayed. This in order for you to may easily make the difference between devices features.
c. Purchase the selected device/s. When the Vodafone customer presses “Add to basket” button in the selected item/s, the customer will be required to “Proceed with checkout process” and then asked to “sign in” using My Vodafone applications credentials or to “sign up”. After a successful sign in process the customer will be then redirected to the e-Commerce payment page. Vodafone will not collect any personal financial records entered by the customer during this process. Vodafone customers that do not prefer to get registered and other categories of customers will be able to perform the purchase activity as Guests. All guests will not be able to have profile history, while Vodafone will keep the guest’s order details as record. ...

7. Making a Purchase
a. When you opt to purchase devices will be required to provide certain personal and payment details, any information that you provide to us for the purpose of making a purchase must be fully complete and accurate. In particular you must ensure that you are legally and fully entitled to use any debit or credit card used for a purchase and that sufficient funds are available to cover any charges incurred by you. We will only accept payments by certain types of credit card. No cash or cheques will be accepted. Any credit cards that you use must be valid at the date of making your purchase. We will accept payment for devices according to the instructions given by you.
b. The prices for Devices are quoted in ALL. All prices are stated inclusive of valued added tax (VAT) at the relevant rate (currently 20%).
c. When you submit details to make a purchase, a credit card check is carried out by eCommerce Connect payment platform in cooperation with Raifeissen Bank (partner bank) which is partner of Vodafone in implementing Vodafone e-Shop. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order; this email shall not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted and an agreement concluded between us and you until the relevant product/s have been shipped to you. Your credit card will be charged with the price of the Product/s.
d. We order if the partner bank refuses to authorise your credit card for payment, if Products are out of stock or for any other legitimate reason. You will be advised if this occurs.
e. Accepting the Offer - We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
f. Sudden Unavailability - If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site as referred to in clause 7/h below, we will inform you of this (by e-mail) and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you the full amount within 30 days from the order made by you.

8. Delivery information
We will deliver your order free of charge as per following destinations’ timeframes:
- Tirana district - within 24 hours (working days)
- All over the rest of Albania districts – within 48 hours (working days)
For purposes of the above Article, working days shall be determined based on the provisions of the Albanian Labor Code.
9. The packaging results to be opened or damaged

Return Policy
In which case I can return my order?An order can be returned in case:

You can return your items within 14(fourteen) days from the moment you have received your order. You just need to send back the whole order (exactly as received by you), including the VAT invoice, print from here and fill up the RA (Return Authorisation).
