“Vodafone MORE”
 
Vodafone Albania Sh.A (Vodafone or We, VFAL respectively) is a joint stock company established by the Tirana District Court’s Decision no. 25766, dated 10 May 2001, with residence in: Tirana-Durres Highway, “Pavaresia” street, no. 61, Kashar, Tirana, Albania, with Nipt: K11715005L.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between You, a Vodafone customer and Vodafone, regarding the benefitting of gifts from third party collaborators through the “Vodafone MORE” Promotion, exclusively in the My Vodafone application and the JUTH application. The benefit of promotional gifts, via the dedicated menu in the My Vodafone and the JUTH applications, is only possible after observing the terms and conditions as below.
  1. What is Vodafone MORE?
It is the program that rewards all Vodafone customers, based on the years they have been part of Vodafone. The program delivers surprises tailored to the customer needs and a comprehensive catalog with exclusive offers only to Vodafone customers.
  1. General conditions for participating in “Vodafone MORE”
 
    1. All existing or new prepaid and post-paid VODAFONE subscribers (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber) who have completed Vodafone registration with the completion of registration form have the right to participate in “Vodafone MORE”.
 
  1. Registration on “Vodafone MORE” is automatic and starts with the activation of the Vodafone number. A subscriber with more than one SIM card can be part of the program several times (as far as the SIM is concerned), realizing that the benefits will be shared in each SIM and not combine with each other.
a) If the post-paid Subscriber has an obligation towards Vodafone, Vodafone MORE benefits will be suspended until the Subscriber complies with these contractual obligations.
 
 
  1. The Subscriber will benefit Vcoins in “Vodafone MORE” after performing one or more of the following actions, based upon and on the seniority of the Customer:
a) Through recharges made with rechargeable cards or by means of E- Top Up electronic recharges;
b) Through the purchase of bundles offered by Vodafone
c) Through promotional activities performed within Vodafone applications
d) Through payment of the contractual obligations (for post-paid Subscribers).
 
  1. Vcoins is an exchange unit, which works for different transactions in our two My Vodafone and JUTH applications. Vcoins are acquired in the ways outlined above in 2.3 and are exchanged in the ways and gifts defined in the Vodafone MORE area at JUTH and My Vodafone apps.
 
  1. The preliminary registration of the Program will allow the Subscriber, as automatically identified by SIM, Vodafone SIM respectively, to collect Vcoins valid for the exchange of one or more coupons. Subscribers registered in “Vodafone MORE” will benefit from Vcoins after any of the above mentioned events at 2.3 with the following ranges:

Post-paid legal persons subscribers will be able to benefit from the scheme without the need to collect Vcoins.
  1. Vodafone reserves the right, during the promotion period, to provide mechanisms to accelerate the accumulation of Vcoins; these mechanisms will be based on such criteria to provide equal treatment among Subscribers with the same contractual characteristics and Vodafone services; any such advantage shall be communicated to:
 
  1. My Vodafone and JUTH applications
  2. Vodafone’s official webpage www.vodafone.al or www.juth.al
    1. The values ​​in ALL referred to in these General Conditions include VAT.
 
  1. Way of collecting points in “Vodafone MORE”
3.1           VODAFONE will automatically grant VCoins to the Subscriber as defined in points 2.3 and 2.4 above of these General Terms.
 
3.2           The subscriber can be informed of the accumulated total amount in real time in the My Vodafone app or in the JUTH app.
 
3.3           Through “Vodafone MORE”, VODAFONE will reward the subscriber with Vcoins only in its respective number for the actions performed by the subscriber specified in points 2.3 and 2.4 above. In cases where the subscriber has more than one VODAFONE number, the points earned from any particular number will not be collected, and under no circumstance will the subscriber be reimbursed in total. Each VODAFONE number holds the respective Vcoins.
 
3.4           In cases when the subscriber changes his mobile number and passes from a prepaid subscriber to a post-paid subscriber with individual payment the accumulated points will be transferred.
 
3.5           In cases when the subscriber changes his mobile number and passes from an individual prepaid/postpaid subscriber to a legal post-paid subscriber, the accumulated points will not be transferred.
 
3.6           In cases where a number is transferred from a VODAFONE subscriber to another VODAFONE subscriber, Vcoins earned on the previous mobile number are not transferred under any circumstances to the new subscriber.
 
3.7           If the provision of VODAFONE mobile public telephony services is interrupted as a result of subscriber actions, all collected Vcois will be deleted immediately after termination of the service.
 
3.8           VODAFONE has the right to add Vcoins to the Subscriber number registered at “Vodafone MORE” for promotional purposes.

Post-paid subscribers (legal persons) will have the opportunity to use the coupons mentioned in Table 2, each beginning of the calendar month, once a month.
4.2           Subscribers may also obtain this information through the Vodafone MORE advertising material in the “Vodafone MORE” section on the VODAFONE website at: http://www.vodafone.al, as well as in My Vodafone or JUTH applications.
 
4.3           Vodafone has the right to update the gift list on a continuous basis. More detailed information on “Vodafone MORE” and the General Terms and Conditions can be found by visiting www.vodafone.al.
 
5.           Gift acquisition
  1.  
5.1           Depending on the accumulated Vcoins, the Subscriber may choose one of the coupons provided by “Vodafone MORE”. For the acquisition of each of the coupons listed above the Subscriber must have accumulated Vcoins corresponding to the relevant coupon.
The catalog will contain coupons with the relevant validity dates, and identify available coupons based on Vcoins, which will be aggregated with the methods detailed above.
5.2           For each third party, customers will receive a promotional code, in alphanumeric or digital format (QR code).
5.3           The validity of any promotional code is clearly visible in the app.
5.4           The customers, in order to benefit from the promotion, must present the promotional code at any representative point of third party collaborators.
5.5           The third-party affiliate sales representative shall check the validity of the promotional code, and offer the Vodafone customer the respective discount/offer.
5.6           At the time of using the code, Vcoins are deducted from the subscriber’s Vcoins balance in real time in the value of the coupon.
5.7           The coupon update will take place over a period of not less than two months from the last update, without excluding the option, at an even shorter time interval, to change the availability of available prices;
5.8           If the subscriber, based on available points, asks for more than one coupon (up to 5 coupons), provided there is no technical incompatibility between the delivery and the product/service already available, he may receive them.
5.9           The procedures for requesting and collecting bonuses will be communicated by Vodafone based on the different prices available in the My Vodafone or JUTH application.
5.10        At any time during the promotion period, any member who has collected a number of Vcoins sufficient to receive one or more coupons selected in the Coupon Catalog in force at the time of the election will make his request from: My Vodafone or JUTH application
5.11        Coupons may be from the following categories:
  • Digital coupons, products or services provided by different suppliers of Vodafone (hereinafter referred to as “partners”);
  • Services consisting of Vodafone data or voice traffic (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone Telephony Services”);
5.12        The catalog of the My Vodafone and Juth apps may have changes between one another over time, for promotional reasons. Accumulated Vcoins can be exchanged for gifts in each of the applications, but the amount of Vcoins is just one. So, if an exchange of Vcoins with a coupon is performed in the JUTH app, the drop in points will be reflected in both the JUTH and My Vodafone applications, and vice versa. This non-duplication rule shall apply to all other gifts through the MORE program, except for certain promotional campaigns.
6.           Credit validity
6.1           The process through which the subscriber becomes a member of “Vodafone MORE” is determined only by VODAFONE, which reserves the right to make any kind of change.
 
6.2           Vcoins obtained via “Vodafone MORE” cannot be transferred from a Vodafone number to another mobile number.
 
6.3           With the accumulated Vcoins, the subscriber may only benefit from the coupons defined in the Vodafone MORE area respectively at the JUTH and My Vodafone apps, which will be updated continuously by VODAFONE depending on the availability of these coupons.
 
6.4           The Vcoins that will be obtained via “Vodafone MORE” are valid for two years starting from the date of their acquisition. Example: The Vcoins obtained on 20/10/19 are valid until 19/10/21. All accumulated Vcoins that have not been used by the Subscriber during their validity period are zeroed at the end of the two-year term.
 
7.           Exclusion from liability

VODAFONE is not responsible for whether the application to receive a gift through “Vodafone MORE” is made by an unauthorized person from the subscriber if a third party has acted differently from the authorization given by the subscriber or for any other reason.

    • Any communication between subscriber and VODAFONE regarding “Vodafone MORE” will take place in the manner predicted by VODAFONE.
 
  • The coupons designated in these General Terms are valid and may be obtained through the use of accumulated Vcoins.
 
  • VODAFONE reserves the right to change the General Terms at any time by notifying subscribers by SMS or at http://www.vodafone.al. within a reasonable deadline.

By registering to Vodafone the subscriber fully accepts these General Terms.

“Vodafone MORE” has started on 02.07.2019 and will be valid until the moment of termination by VODAFONE with a prior notice to subscribers of not less than 15 days. This notice will be made via SMS or via the official website of VODAFONE. In the event of termination by VODAFONE of “Vodafone MORE”, the subscribers may use the accumulated Vcoins under these General Terms and Conditions, prior to the deadline stated by VODAFONE for the termination of “Vodafone MORE”.

The personal data of “Vodafone MORE” members are processed by Vodafone in accordance with the law “On personal data protection”, its bylaws, the Subscriber Contract and the Company’s internal policies related to privacy.

Any agreement between Vodafone and the Subscriber, when not resolved by understanding will be submitted to the competent Albanian courts for resolution

All the conditions set forth in the General Terms for Providing Public Mobile Telephony Services to the prepaid Vodafone Subscriber are also applicable to these General Terms.
