New Subscriber Contracts

Notification, Vodafone Albania informs you that starting from 1.02.2022, the new Subscriber Contracts for mobile, fixed, and TV services will enter into force, in accordance with the Regulation on the “Protection of Consumers and Subscribers of Electronic Communications,” approved by the AKEP Steering Council Decision No. 2, dated 11.03.2021. The new Subscriber Contracts will apply only to subscribers who sign a Contract after this date. Current Subscribers (until 1.02.2021) will continue with the existing Contracts signed prior to the entry into force of the changes to the general terms and conditions.
