Vodafone continuously invests in the latest technology and ensures the delivery of the best possible experience for its customers.
Starting from 1 August 2022, subscribers using prepaid fixed services will benefit from uninterrupted service and will have more time available to pay for the service.
Under the new billing method, Vodafone will issue the invoice at the beginning of each month, and you will have the opportunity to pay the invoice within 15 days, while continuing to enjoy the service.
Change in the Prepayment and Billing Deadline

ATTENTION – Valid only for the first transitional period of the billing and payment change
The first invoice issued under the new billing model will also include the charges for the days of the previous month, depending on the subscription contract signing date.
Specifically, if the subscriber has prepaid the fixed service for the 30-day period from 5 July to 5 August, the invoice for the following period will be generated on 1 September and will include the charge for the period 5 August – 30 September.
Important note:
All the above-mentioned changes in the billing cycle and payment method for prepaid fixed services are made with the aim of automating internal company processes and increasing customer satisfaction. If, for technical reasons, the new system does not become operational in July, the new payment method will take effect in the following month. Subscribers will be kept informed via SMS about any developments.
