Dear Subscribers,

Vodafone Albania informs you that starting from July 1, 2020, all its subscribers (both prepaid and postpaid) who travel to one of the Western Balkan countries (Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina) will be charged as follows:

Roaming tariffs in Western Balkan countries for prepaid and postpaid subscribers (VAT included).

Details:

• The above tariff scheme applies to calls originated/terminated, outgoing/incoming SMS to/from all Western Balkan networks during Vodafone roaming in the visited country.

• Prepaid subscribers can use active packages from Albania by paying an additional roaming fee per unit (Option A) or choose a dedicated prepaid roaming package valid in the mentioned countries.

• 30-day packages activated in Albania that can be used in roaming with an extra fee: Vodafone Talk, Combo, Z, Silver, Gold, Basic, 4G Start, 4G Go, 4G Run, 4G Fly.

• Roaming packages valid in the Western Balkans: Roaming Daily Europe, Roaming 4 Day Europe, Roaming 10 Day Europe.

• Postpaid subscribers can use their active tariff plan units in Albania by paying an additional roaming fee per unit (Option A). Postpaid subscribers on Vodafone RED or Business RED can either pay per unit (Option A) or choose a fixed daily tariff (Red Roaming).

• Units (Minutes, SMS, KB) used in roaming will be deducted from active packages in Albania, or from the roaming package if chosen.

• If no active package exists (prepaid) / all units are consumed (postpaid), charges will apply according to Option B.

• Billing structure: 30 + 1 seconds (initial charge for the first 30 seconds, then per second). Internet: 1KB + 1KB (charged per KB used).

• All prices include VAT.
