New prices for Internet FIX packages and offers starting from November 26

Dear Customers, we would like to inform you that starting from November 26, 2021, we are changing the standard price of the 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps packages in the one‑month prepaid subscription without conditions, which is more affordable and beneficial for customers who wish to use the service according to the terms and periods that best suit their needs. On top of these new standard prices, for long‑term prepayments we will offer percentage discounts; specifically, if a customer prepays for 3 months they will benefit from a 20% discount, if they choose to prepay for 6 months they will benefit from a 40% discount, and if they choose to prepay for 1 year (12 months) they will benefit from a discount ranging from 47% to 63%, as presented in the table below. Customers who choose to sign a long‑term contract with monthly payments will have the option to select between a 12‑month or a 24‑month contract.
The 2N1 Internet + TV packages can be created by combining an internet package with a TV package chosen by the customer, based on the above internet prices and the current TV package prices in effect.

The offers are valid for all new customers who choose Vodafone’s Fixed services, as well as for all existing customers who are at the point of renewing their contracts. The customer base with an active ongoing contract is not affected by the changes in the offers. All customers who choose to become part of the Gigafamily category (with converged Fixed & Mobile products) will continue to benefit from the promotion of doubled internet speed for long‑term contract packages under “Hero Offers” and “Hero Bundles.”
These offers will be valid starting from November 26, 2021 until January 15, 2021, with the possibility of extending the deadline until January 31, 2022.
