The new prices of Internet FIX packages and offers from September 1st

Dear customers,
we inform you that starting from September 1st, 2021 we are changing the standard price of the packages 25 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps & 1 Gbps in the 1‑month prepaid subscription without conditions, which is cheaper and in benefit of customers who want to take the service according to the terms and periods they need.
On top of these new standard prices, for long‑term prepayments we will offer free months, specifically if a customer prepays 5 months they will benefit +1 month free, and if a customer chooses to prepay 8 months they will benefit +4 months free as presented in the table below. For customers who choose to sign a long‑term contract with monthly payments, they will now have the possibility to choose between a 12‑month contract or a 24‑month contract.

2N1 Internet + TV packages can be created by combining an internet package with a TV package that the customer chooses, based on the above internet prices and the current TV package prices in force.
“Hero offers” for internet service and “Hero Bundles” for combined internet + TV packages that we currently have in force will continue to be offered during September 2021.

The offers are valid for all new customers who will choose Vodafone Fixed services, and for all existing customers who are at the moment of renewing their contract. The customer base that has an active ongoing contract is not affected by the changes in the offers.
All customers who choose to become part of the Gigafamily category (with converged Fixed & Mobile products) will continue to benefit from the speed‑doubling promotion for internet packages in long‑term contracts for “Hero Offers” & “Hero Bundles.”
These offers will be valid starting from September 1st (if we are aligned with the communication deadline), until the end of the month, with the possibility of extending the deadline until October 30th, 2021.
