Vodafone Call Me


Vodafone Call Me service enables our customers’ notification regarding their missed calls when:
 
· The mobile is switched off
· The mobile is out of coverage
· Calls are diverted to Voice Mail and the Calling Party does not leave a message.
 
The customers will receive a SMS with the following information for the missed calls when they are reachable again:
 
· Telephone Number of the Calling Party
· Time and Date of Missed Call
· Number of calls/Telephone Number (when the same Telephone Number has called more than once)
 
Our customers will be able to subscribe/unsubscribe from the service and change the languages services between English and Albanian with the following commands send by SMS to the short code 15129:
 
Subscribe to Vodafone Call Me
- Send SMS with keyword 1 to 15129
 
Unsubscribe from Vodafone Call Me
- Send SMS with keyword 0 to 15129
 
Change language to English
- Send SMS with keyword E to 15129
 
Change language to Albanian
- Send SMS with keyword A to 15129
 
Note:
· When the calling party has activated CLIR (Call Line Identification Restriction) then the number will appear as: Private Number
 
· You will be notified by Vodafone Call Me service for every call made towards your phone number from a number of Vodafone network, of any other networks of mobile telephony and/or other national and international phone calls.
 
· Vodafone Call Me service will be activated by default when the customer purchases a new Vodafone Card, while the selected language will be Albanian.
 
· This service is offered to all Vodafone subscribers
