Responsible to continuously administer, design, develop, implement and upgrade the network elements and services belonging to Network Services area and introduce the most advanced technologies for achieving the highest standards of performance, reliability and quality of service to the customers.
Responsible to operate and maintain equipment at the Company in a competent and professional manner to maintain and improve services to customers.
Responsible for performing all the tasks related to testing, implementation for both PS & CS domain (i.e. MSC/VLRs, SGSN, GGSNs ) as well as the signalling network platforms (i.e.HLR/AuC, EIR, SCCP Relays), and is responsible for performing all technical activities related to GSM and GPRS roaming services.
To provide the support to Intellegent Network & VAS platforms on both functionality and application level, in accordance with company policies & procedures, contractual obligations, legislation and other client requirements. Also to ensure the use of best practices and continuous improvement in all areas of service/delivery at a minimum cost contributing to company profitability.
