In accordance with our charter, Vodafone Albania Foundation’s Board of Trustees is our highest decision-making organ. It is composed of 7 members, 4 representatives of Vodafone Albania, and 3 external members. The highest-ranked authority of this Board is the Chairperson, appointed by the Board with majority of the votes. VAF’s Board of Trustees is responsible for the designing and implementation of the Foundation’s strategy, policies, operational procedures, performance evaluation and selection of the grant application proposals that will be funded, in accordance with the Foundation’s strategy, social policies and budget.
 
The Executive staff of the Foundation consists of two members, respectively: the Executive Director and the Executive Assistant. The team is responsible for office and program administration, communication duties, reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the funded projects, and administration of the "Calls for Applications" as well as promotion of employee volunteering and engagement to the charity activities.
