Call ManagementVodafone Albania offers a wide range of services, that make your mobile more useful whenever you need. You can manage your calls to fit your needs. More information on each service follows:
Call Holding Allows you to keep a call on hold while making way to receive another call. Call Waiting If your mobile is in use, this service allows any second call to "wait" until you are ready to receive it. In this case the calling party will not receive a busy tone.
Calling Line Identification
To identify who is calling when you have an incoming call, Calling Line Identification service allows you to view the number of the phone calling you on the display of your mobile phone. The service is available to all Vodafone subscribers for free.
Withhold ID The service of Withhold ID allows you to make calls to people without identifying your mobile number.
If this service is activated and you want different people to see your number, dial "#31#number" If the service is deactivated and you do not want people to identify your number dial " *31# number" To activate or deactivate this service, please call Customer Care on 140, 139 (for prepay subscribers) or 144 (for contractual subscribers) from your mobile (or 069 140, 069 139 end 069 144 from a fixed phone line)
Conference Call
Steve is in Spain, Julie is at work, Adam is driving north - and you have some news you know they want to hear. Did you know you could break it to them all at once with a Conference Call?
You can join up to six people together on the same call, and it doesn't matter whether they're on a mobile, a landline, or even if they're abroad. Conference Calls are easy to make and flexible - you can switch between group and individual conversations and bring new callers in whenever you want. If you want to be able to make Conference Calls, please call your Service Provider who will set it up for you. Please note: This service is available from participating Service Providers and only on selected mobiles. It is not available to Pay as you Talk customers. The initiator of the conference will only be charged for the calls they initiate. So each outgoing leg will be added to their bill as if it were an individual call.
Call Forwarding
Do you want to receive your calls at another telephone number? Is your mobile phone battery run down? With Call Forwarding, you can direct your incoming calls to a fixed network phone or another mobile phone and turn off your mobile.
Callers will be informed by a recorded voice message, and you can be certain not to lose contact with your business affairs and loved ones. The person calling will pay for the call at Vodafone mobile number. The Vodafone mobile number that has activated Call Forwarding will pay for the call by his mobile at the other number that call is forwarded. No subscription fee is charged for this service
Call Barring
If you want to prevent certain categories of calls from being dialed or received through your mobile phone you can use the Call Barring service. The service is available at no additional charge. You may select the call categories you wish to bar by using a personal four-digit barring passcode. The default barring passcode for all Vodafone subscribers is 1234. For your personal security, the option of replacing the default four-digit number by a personal one is available.
To change the passcode you must dial the following command: **03**OLD BARRING NUMBER*NEW BARRING NUMBER*NEW BARRING NUMBER# Attention: If an error has been made at the entry of your new barring number, the old barring number will continue to function until the replacement procedure is correctly completed. Following three successive failed attempts, you should consult Vodafone Customer Care service on 140,139 end 144 from your mobile phone or on 069 140, 069 139 and 069 144 from a fixed phone. |
